Southern Style Pulled Pork

Juicy 100% Canadian Pork Butt.  Seasoned and dry brined for 24 hours in our house made Pork spice mix.  Smoked for 7 hours on a mix of Oak and Maple and Elm for a nice deep smoke ring and flavor.  Wrapped and slow finished at 250 degrees for another 9 hours.  Pulled fresh and vac sealed to ensure the highest quality possible.  This is the best pork flavor you'll ever put on a sandwich.  It's moist on it's on because of the quality of the meat and the process used to cook it.  We do not hide the meat under a layer of sauce, you will not find this pork dry or bland.  

BBQ sauce is available - made from scratch in house it's a great mixture of smokey, sweet and tangy.
